When you pay for a booking is determined by the rate type for the service you book. When you book a service that have an hourly rate type you will be charged after the booking is completed. When you book a service that has a fixed rate type you will be charged when the booking is accepted by your Pro.
Doable places a temporary authorization hold on your card before your booking starts to verify that you have enough available funds for your booking.
If you cancel a booking, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the status that the booking is in when you cancel. To learn more, please review our Cancellation Policy.
