Doable is on a mission to transform the way services are facilitated. Pros play an important part in this mission, and we value our relationship with them. However, we also value transparency, and we believe that Pros have a right to know what may cause them to lose access to parts of the Doable Platform, or have their accounts deactivated entirely.
These Pro Guidelines are here to help you understand what we expect to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to the Platform.
You’re responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to the services you offer through the Platform. This includes:
Having and maintaining any required licenses, permits, or certifications
Complying with labor, safety, and tax laws
Not offering services that are illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
To ensure that the Platform remains safe for everyone, we do not allow the promotion, booking, or performance of the following services on the Doable Platform:
Sexual services or adult content
Alcohol or controlled substance delivery
Academic cheating
Loan offers or financial lending
Any services that are fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive
We expect all interactions on the Platform to be respectful and professional. This means:
No harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior
No unwanted contact or stalking
No sharing of false, misleading, or offensive content
Trust is at the core of the Platform. Pros must not:
Misrepresent services, qualifications, availability, or pricing
Create fake accounts, reviews, or bookings
Attempt to manipulate the platform, search results, or feedback systems
Accept payment off-platform for bookings that originated through the Platform
Providing false information during signup, such as a false name or date of birth
You should always prioritize the safety of yourself and those around you. This includes:
Providing services in a professional and safe manner
Following any applicable safety guidelines
Not performing any services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
In addition to the above, the following actions may also lead to deactivation of a Pro’s account:
Failing a background check at any time
Repeatedly failing to complete accepted bookings
Allowing others access to your Doable account
Improper use or disclosure of Confidential Information (as defined in the Pro Agreement)
Use other users' personal information for any purposes as required to perform services
If your Pro account has been deactivated, you may appeal this decision by sending an email to help@heydoable.com. In your email, please include the email associated with your account, a description of why you believe your account was deactivated in error, and any supporting evidence that can help us review your appeal.
